New Year 2008

Susan invited us for dinner at Bulwagan with their whole family as well as some friends and staff. It was good seeing them again and I couldn't recognized all my nephews and nieces.
Second picture from the bottom left was with Mark (eldest son of Noel) and Alji (eldest son of Susan). Bottom right picture was with Jarred (Noel's son) and the other one is with Sam youngest son of Susan who happens to be my Godson. The little girl with the round face is the daughter of Alji, Susan's first grand daughter.

Infanta, Quezon

This is on our way to Infanta, Quezon. We decided to spend our New Year so I can visit my relatives and the cemetery too. The last time I went to Infanta was 10 years ago.

We went straight to Cho Alfred and Cha Fely's house and pretended to be carolers so they were surprised to see us. We also went to Helen's house (Ate Len's sister-in-law) and we were greeted by carolers so Boyet and Gus had a taste of Lambanog.

Pictures were taken in our farm house in Pilaway. The cousins of Alyssa played with her -- son and daughters of Rodel and son of Elmer. The small house (bahay kubo) belongs to Alyssa which is already 2 years old. Cho Javes with the son of Rizza visited us as well before we go back to Manila.

These pictures were taken on our way back to Manila. It was raining and very cold as you can see the fog around Sierra Madre mountain.

Christmas 2007 - Manila

The day after I arrived from Bangkok, I went to Shangri-la mall with my family to do some shopping and have some coffee.

I always like going to Rockwell since there's not much people ad easier to park the car.

We had our traditional Noche Buena and opening of gifts on the eve of December 24, 2007. My gifts to the family were late since I sent them via cargo and only arrived on the 29th of December in time for the New Year!

All of us wearing red -- seems like it's valentines day but I noticed so many people wearing red as well.

On Christmas day we just had lunch in our house with some friends then went to Glorietta for dinner courtesy of Lorie and after that we went to The Fort and walk around and later on had coffee at UCC cafe.

I had dinner with some of my friends the day after Christmas and Tony treated us for chocolates at Max Brenner. Greenbelt 5 just opened and it is really a cool place.

Vietnam Reunion

Tita Ging, former General Manager of Philippine Airlines in Vietnam hosted a get together party in her house. Some of us used to work in Vietnam and some of the guests are still based there.

Rosewood

We also visited Rosewood in Taguig, it is such a nice place and only 15 minutes drive to The Port and close to San Agustin where Alyssa is studying.

Bubba Gump

We had late lunch at Bubba Gump after Luneta, Intramuros and Fort Santiago trip. We ate too much so we decided to walk around Glorietta.

Fort Santiago

Good thing it wasn't that hot so we had a grand time.

It was good to visit Fort Santiago again, can't remember the last time I was there.
